The Appraisal & Consultant Group, (ACG) Inc. is a real estate appraisal and consulting firm that offers a wide variety of professional real estate services to clients throughout the southeastern region of the United States.

The origin of the company dates back to January 1978. ACG, Inc. is an Alabama real estate appraisal company whose President, Mr. Edmond G. Eslava, is designated by the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Eslava is licensed and certified as a general appraiser in the states of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee and Georgia.

The scope of Mr. Eslava's regional practice has allowed him to participate in a variety of unique appraisal assignments. The depth of his experience and his investment in a high degree of office automation allows him to provide a full compliment of professional services at the highest quality levels.

Mr. Eslava, through his company, ACG, offers comprehensive appraisal and appraisal review services, for a wide variety of private and institutional clients. In addition, Mr. Eslava is actively involved with the Appraisal Institute. He has served as a Demonstration Report grader, teacher, and active member of various regional and national committees. Currently, he is actively involved in the review of appraisals submitted by various individuals, throughout the United States, seeking their MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Eslava is also an active instructor with the International Right of Way Association having taught several different courses within the past year to members of this organization.

Additionally, appraisals, reviews and consultant services have been prepared for numerous governmental agencies to include the GSA, Army Corp of Engineers, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, US Postal Service, Department of Justice and the Department of Interior as well as for banking, legal, utility companies and private corporations throughout the southeast. Mr. Eslava has presented seminars and courses to employees of various local, state and federal offices involved in condemnation as well as lending officers, branch managers, and bank administrators on appraisal and review practices, as well as related topics, focused for the current regulatory environment.
